• Position: HR Intern
• Employment Type: Internship
• Experience: Fresh Graduates with HR/ HR-Marketing/ HR-Finance Specialization
• Industry Expertise: Candidates from Banking & NBFC are preferred.
• Qualification: BBA/ MBA (Only Grauated/ Final Semester tudents are eligible to apply).
• Location: Adarsh Plaza (Jaipur Head Office), No WFH.
• Internship Duration: 6 Months
• Stipend (per month): 8,000/- (MBA Graduate), 5,000/- (BBA Graduate)

• Talent Acquisition.
• Employee Onboardings Management.
• Talent Management & Engagement.
• In house Event Management/ Conducting Engagement & Fun Activities/ Organising Festivals & Celebrations.
• Data Management / Report Creations.
• Managing HR Operations: Payroll, Compliances, Grievances & Conflicts.
Desired Skills:
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Command on MS-Office (Specially MS Excel).
• Fundamental to Intermediate knowledge of Human Resources.
• Passion to work in NBFC Sector.
Special Note:
• Localite from Jaipur will be preferrd due the Business Rrquirements.
• Only Imeediate Joiners are invited who can commence working by 1-Nov-23.
• Full Time conversion to employee will solemnly base on their performance and fulfilment of KRAs in the internship phase and the PPO will be offered accordingly
