Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Dhurina located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also support the HR team in various day-to-day tasks related to recruitment onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, HR management, and HR policies
• Familiarity with employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience or knowledge in the education industry is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
