Join us as a Human Resources Intern and gain invaluable hands-on experience within the real estate sector. This internship offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or from our office. You'll collaborate closely with our HR team, supporting various functions and projects while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance:
• Craft job postings in compliance with labor laws.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews following equal employment opportunity guidelines.
• Assist in new hire onboarding while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements
.
General HR Support:
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring all documentation meets legal standards.
• Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR, with a focus on compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with data protection laws.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment while prioritizing compliance.
