Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at GryNow Influencer Marketing. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team in day-to-day tasks related to HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram India.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience or coursework in HR management, HR policies, and personnel management
• Understanding of employee benefits and compensation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
• Familiarity with HR software and systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Relevant certifications or coursework in Human Resources
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
