Responsibilities:
1. Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
2. Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders across multiple departments to determine business needs before, during, and after the recruiting process.
3. Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels.
4. Conduct screening and skills assessment to qualify candidates via phone interviews and provide candidate recommendations to the hiring manager.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
6. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling both remote and onsite interview experiences for your candidates.
7. Provide thorough pipeline reporting to hiring managers on open jobs including but not limited to: volume of applicants, number of interviews completed, job market and salary trends, pipeline demographics, and more.
8. Complete and submit candidate scorecards with interview notes, recommendation to hire, and feedback.
Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Self-starters
3. Eager to learn new technologies and processes
