Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at SR Gauni Group located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks such as HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience in HR management and implementing HR policies
• Familiarity with employee benefits and personnel management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant coursework or previous internship experience in HR is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
