Position: HR Recruiter Intern
Location: Remote
Stipend: 7000
Requirements:-
• Must have experience in IT recruitment
• Handling daily end-to-end recruitment
• Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch
• Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization
• Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
• Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
• Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings
• Conducting and participating in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employees
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall vision of the organization
• Nurturing a positive working environment
