Job Description About us :Ananta Resource Management is a Recruitment Consultancy based in Mumbai. We cater to business to provide work force in various Organizations.
Day to day responsibilities include:
1.Working on various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.)
2.Understanding the requirements and shortlisting, interviewing, and working on coordination
3.Working on the ATS platform
4.Uploading resumes & feeding details.
5.Calling candidates to take initial screening round interview
6.Scheduling the further rounds with seniors & clients.
7.Attending daily presentation meetings
8.Attending daily review meeting
+.Attending various workshops
Working hours- 6/8 hours a day
Duration: 600 hours to be completed in 3 to 4 months
Stipend- 5,000 to 15,000 Lumpsum on performance basis + incentives
Location- Work From Home
Perks- Excel Workshop, Accounting Workshops, HR Technical Workshop.
Certificates- Internship Completion & Excel Workshop Certificate.
• Must have a laptop with good wi-fi connection
