Learning to code at a young age will inspire more kids, including girls, to take up Computer Science as a major when entering college. Today, schools and traditional education systems are not equipped to provide the right coding education to children. Codingal is here to change that and empower every student with the tools, content, and live coding classes to start learning to code and build anything they can imagine.
We are looking for an HR intern ready to take on daily responsibilities and challenges.
Roles & responsibilities
1. Screen resumes and review the applications.
2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
3. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages, and social networks.
4. Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
5. Update our internal database with new employee's information, including contact details and employment forms.

To be successful in this role, you must have
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
2. Familiarity with online job hunting websites i.e, LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc.
3. Familiarity with working with Excel and Google calendar.
4. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.

Salary:
Monthly Salary: INR 10,000-15,000 per month.
