Roles and Responsibilities: • Source candidates, screen resume and application forms. • Undertake task around performance management. • Handling day to day operational work. • Addressing employee inquiries and removing work-related issues. • Assisting with payroll processing. • Implementing employee engagement initiatives. • Maintaining HR database and generating reports. • HRMS updates, BGV processing, checking onboarding documents and GMC queries. Experience Required: • Freshers or final year pursuing are welcomed. • This role requires a good excel skills.
