Responsibilities: • Assist with recruitment, from posting jobs to initial screening. • Support HR development and documentation. • Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs. • Manage data entry and maintain personal information confidentiality- Operate HRIS and aid in payroll processing. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various HR tasks. • Coordinate with the Human Resources team to schedule and confirm interviews with candidates. • Actively handle the end to end interview operations. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Familiarity with HR practices and labor legislation. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
