Job Description
This is a hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern at KARNANI in Pune, with flexibility for remote work. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various HR tasks, including HR management, policy implementation, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. The role involves supporting the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR Internship Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial orientation sessions.
3. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Ensure all employee information is accurate and confidential.
4. HR Administration:
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
5. Training and Development:
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Track employee participation and feedback from training programs.
6. Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help conduct employee surveys and analyze results to improve workplace culture.
7. Other Tasks:
- To assist in other admin and marketing tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Fluent Communication Skills in English:
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
2. Previous HR Experience:
- Freshers cannot apply. Candidates need to have previous relevant HR experience.
