Your job will involve:
· Posting job ads in various portals, and screening resumes
· Arranging interviews
· conducting interviews and writing interview report
· connecting with the colleges for tie ups
· negotiations for MOU
· making reviews and record management
· conducting Employee Onboarding procedures
· conducting off boarding interviews
· Being a part of generalist HR activities.
This is the In office Internship, based on the performance we will be offering Full Time position.
