Position: HR Intern
Location: Lucknow, India
Duration: 3-6 months (Can convert into Full time based on performance)
Stipend: 8-10K/Month
Timing: +-6 or 8-5 Key
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes and help with training sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
• Organize and participate in employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in special projects.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the HR field.
