At xQ we reimagine how we make schools video-savvy with the xQ Video Lab.
We are a young startup with a bold dream transforming education by teaching video-creation in schools and touching at least a million children by 2026.
The xQ Video lab is a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to help students learn video-creation skills in a fun, hands-on manner. xQ Video Lab is housed within the school premises, equipped with state-of-the-art gear, video making tools and accessories, this is where students collaborate on academic and passion projects, explore new technology, learn to express their ideas in creative ways and eventually become confident communicators for life!
The lab is designed to be an active learning space for students and teachers alike, where they collaborate on school and passion projects, explore new technology, learn to express their ideas in creative ways, and eventually become proficient in the language of videos. We aim to build a unique learning space in schools; by building a collaborative work environment that fosters creativity, promotes innovation and rewards team work. We’re in search of curious, motivated and ambitious people who want to be part of a committed team in a fast-paced, hands-on start up.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing candidates as per required role, experience, and fit
2. Systematically aligning interviews
3. Active participation in Employee engagement
4. Handle day to day HR operations
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
No of positions - 2
Can be considered for full time role post an exceptional performance
