Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR tasks and activities, including updating HR policies and maintaining employee benefits documentation. The intern will support personnel management, assist in HR management efforts, and help ensure smooth HR operations by participating in various HR-related projects.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Pursuing a degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus
