RESPONSIBILITIES
● Handling daily end-to-end recruitment
● Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
● Screening, shortlisting, contacting prospective candidates via messaging, email or phone calls
● Monitoring interviews & evaluating candidates
● Assisting in onboarding & training activities
● Managing, reviewing and creating systems & processes for recruitment, onboarding & training of hired candidates
REQUIREMENTS
● Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
● A natural leaning towards leadership, organization and management
● A keen sense of human behavior & a knack for handling social situations with people across diverse cultures
● Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision

DETAILS
