Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will work closely with our HR team to provide support in various areas of HR, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Participate in the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the training and development initiatives of the company by coordinating and scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
Assist with employee relations activities such as preparing disciplinary letters, conducting investigations, and responding to employee inquiries.
Help with HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee files, updating HRIS systems, and preparing reports.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
