About the role
As a member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for shaping our employee experience and driving initiatives to foster an inclusive, people-first company culture. You'll act as a catalyst for our company's internal events, employee recognition, and employee engagement programs. Needless to say, there's never a dull time at slice. What You will do
• Support the complete onboarding lifecycle for new employees and manage the company HRIS and leave management platforms with a high degree of accuracy
• Administer employee benefits and perks for both full-time team members and consultants
• Manage documentation for internal and external purposes and support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting internally
• Provide high touch support to team members by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
• Craft experiences that will make team members feel valued and foster a sense of belonging (you will work on a variety of virtual and in-person events, from smaller team-building activities to company-wide gatherings and celebrations)
• Help with conducting the reference check for the offered candidates.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ownership and accountability for problem solving during the time of need
