Job Description
1. Cold call and pitch to marketing departments of major companies across sectors (see above)
2. Coordinate and follow-up with prospective clients over calls (and meetings if required)
3. Assist in onboarding clients, educate them about software features
4. Work closely with the core team (based in Mumbai) to ideate on new marketing strategies & their implementation in your regional market
5. Work with a dynamic startup that is building a unique software product with global use potential.
Requirements:
1. Handling daily end to end recruitment
2. Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch
3. Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization
4. Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
5. Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
6. Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings
Benefits:
