Contract length: 6 months
Location- Baner, Pune
Work Mode- Work from Office
Work Timings- Mon to Fri (10 AM to 7 PM)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
2. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling
3. Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee databases
4. Support payroll processing and attendance management
5. Coordinate training and development activities
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
7. Assist in vendor management for HR-related services
8. Manage internal communications and employee queries
Requirements:
1. 6 months of HR experience
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and payroll processes
5. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (if applicable)
Graduation must be completed by 2026
