Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Sep'22 and 21st Oct'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Handle full execution of the recruitment process (including the job posting, phone interviewing, and regular communication with candidates and hiring managers)
2. Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate
3. Post positions that will attract talents/create advertising
4. Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality, and costs)
5. Administer job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies
6. Ensure that recruitment requisitions are completed in a timely manner
7. Develop a pool of internal and external talents
8. Explore new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the recruitment head
+. Monitor the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
Desired candidate profile:
1. Having knowledge of full life cycle recruiting is a plus
2. Strong communicator exercising a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism to accomplish objectives
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and summarize complex issues
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
