Role Overview:
As the HR Lead, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping and managing the human resources function of this thriving organization. You will oversee a wide range of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and more. We are searching for a candidate with a proven ability to effectively manage people, outstanding recruitment skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the maturity to handle employee grievances independently.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies to support the company's aggressive growth plans.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and selecting top talent.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their unique staffing needs and provide expert guidance on effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to employees and facilitating performance improvement plans, as needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees, addressing HR-related matters such as employee relations, benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate a fair and timely approach to resolving employee grievances, finding balanced solutions that prioritize employee satisfaction while considering organizational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Identify and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote employee retention.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of 6-7 years in progressive HR roles, within the IT industry
• Demonstrated expertise in people management and talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of best practices in recruitment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional ability to handle employee grievances independently, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism and maturity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
