Education Qualification : MBA / PGDM in HR

Must-have’s for Joining Us :
MBA / PGDM from a reputed college.
Worked as a full role HR generalist in an organization for at least 2 years out of the entire experience managing a team of 50+ employees.
Working knowledge on PF, ESI, Mediclaim, Payroll process using tools like greythr, Zoho People or equivalent, Performance Appraisal.
Handled employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Open to employee engagement activities and open to executing & anchoring internal events.
The HR Lead is responsible for managing the entire spectrum of talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, Performance Management, Grievance handling and Employee Exit.
