Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Implementing a robust schedule for all recruitment and budgets for manpower management and ensuring the recruiting takes place as per the cost metrics allotted.
• Responsible for the recruiting metrics dashboard and carrying out timely and in-depth Hiring Analysis and Attrition Analysis
• Supporting manager to implement and follow up performance management activities on the site, including poor performance improvement, training need identification, termination, and etc.
• Responsible for the process of recruitment, selection of employees, creating a talent pool and a constant inflow of talent across levels.
• Implementing HR priorities, people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate.
• Partnering with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counselling managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues.
• Managing a team of executives and interns to carry on daily recruitment activities.
