About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage key people functions across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Development, and Performance Management.
This is a strategic role designed for someone who is passionate about building teams, nurturing talent, and creating systems that drive high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Management
- Plan, lead, and execute recruitment across departments.
- Build strong sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain and update an active talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps through training needs analysis.
- Design, schedule, and conduct internal and external training programs.
- Create career development plans and succession planning roadmaps.
- Performance Management
- Implement and manage a structured performance review process (KRAs, KPIs).
- Guide managers and teams in setting goals and evaluating performance.
- Create regular HR dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PG Diploma in HR Management.
- 5–8 years of strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, training, and PMS.
- Experience setting up HR systems, policies, and processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using HR software (ERP/HRMS) and Excel reporting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
