Job Overview: Our client, a leading provider of recruitment and talent acquisition solutions in the federal government sector, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead their Onboarding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be able to provide expert advice on complex onboarding and recruitment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain onboarding programs, training, and templates for internal use.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agency goals.
Supervise and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality outputs and team development.
Contribute to election preparation activities as per the election readiness framework.
Deliver strategic input into the agency's long-term recruitment and service planning.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in onboarding and recruitment activities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly across a geographically dispersed network.
Ability to analyse and drive business improvement strategies.
Experience in managing teams and fostering career development.
High integrity and the ability to deliver results within legislative and policy frameworks.
