Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations at Adastra Jewelry. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our business growth, driving employee engagement, and ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering an outstanding workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead recruitment efforts for various roles within the company, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of trust and respect. Support team members through coaching, training, and mentorship.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management strategies, including regular feedback, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Collaborate with department managers to set goals and ensure performance objectives align with company objectives.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Stay informed on HR best practices and legal requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structure, health benefits, and incentive programs. Conduct regular compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management, including headcount, turnover rates, and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
Organizational Development:
Support strategic planning initiatives and organizational growth through change management, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR management or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work with a diverse team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English
