Candidate should have sound knowledge and experience with Job Portals like Naukri and Indeed. Candidates should have excellent skills to use Linkedin in an effective way. Candidate should know how to do talent screening, how to get potential leads.
Having knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media Optimization, Paid Marketing, Blogging) will be a big plus.
