Job Profile.
HR Strategy & Planning
• As part of the Management team, participate in developing and implementing business strategy for the organization from people perspective.
• Partner with GM – India to evolve a comprehensive HR Strategy & Philosophy aligned to the business needs.
• Provide HR Support to develop SE Asia markets for business growth.
• Translate strategic business plans/objectives into effective organization structures, roles processes to support achievement of business goals.
• Review and monitor budgets relating to people costs.
Effective execution of HR strategies
• Provide leadership and guidance in the development and design of HR strategies & policies for the organization.
• Conceptualize & implement the design and piloting of people strategies across HR functional areas ( Eg. Manpower planning, recruitment, talent development, rewards, employee engagement, performance management etc).
• Review, amend and create policies and their effectiveness so as to ensure people policies meet business needs.
Building world class talent pool
• Ensure effectiveness in business performance by driving clarity of individual accountabilities and key performance areas.
• Conceptualize and implement knowledge & learning management systems and processes to develop a strong internal talent pool.
• Effective development of a robust career and succession planning framework in line current & future business requirement
Employee Engagement & Retention
• Ensure Employee Engagement levels are monitored through feedbacks, surveys etc
• Ensure necessary actions are taken to enhance employee engagement levels with proactive and responsive actions.
• Plan and execute appropriate team building activities and programs to foster cohesiveness and motivate employees across the organization.
Maintaining Harmonious Industrial Relations
• Initiate & develop productive relations with contractors/hired services.
• Ensure healthy community relations thru various CSR activities
Compliance to legal/statutory regulations
• Ensure & monitor statutory compliance relating to all labour laws & factories act.
• Ensure compliance to all internal & external audits.
Other Activities
• Continuously review SOP’s/SLA’s of the department
• Prepare monthly department MIS report for facilitating management decisions
• Mentor/Coach senior management group members to improve team dynamics.
• Manage Administration dept & ensure projects taken are completed on time & within budgets. Ensure satisfaction levels.
