The resource will be responsible for the below responsibilities:
• Taking care of Complete HR systems and processes setup (Tools) and implementation.
• Payroll Management.
• Grievance Management
• Arranging Employee Engagement activities
• Employee onboarding & offboarding formalities
• Framing time to time Work Ethic Improvisation
• Keeping a hype on LinkedIn about company activities
• Cultural upbringing and maintaining decorum in the office
• Compliance computations
• Taking care of bookings & other office welfare activities
• Appraisals and employee benefit programs.
• Events, Trips, and other such activities
