Requirement: HR Manager
Itish Business Solutions has a long history of engaged, productive employees in IT and Staffing industry, and we're looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to continue that happy tradition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The role requires to manage a team, employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.
Responsibilities:
• Enhances the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
• Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Preferably from Hyderabad as it is an onsite opportunity (WFO).

• Experience in HR/recruitment : Min 4+ years with 2+ years of experience in managing a team
