Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource
· 3+ years' Human resource experience
Key Duties:
Working on job postings and follow up with candidates for interviews.
Coordinate with the consultants for PF/ESI deposits Maintaining HR RECORDS ( File management)
Maintaining the leave balance of the employees HR.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Ensuring all employees travel budgets as as per designations are set and complied with.
Facilitating Timely and verified reimbursements of travel, etc to be ensured.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
HR is responsible for over all office administration & Reception as well as guiding our company ground staff & Runner boys.
Ensure Compliance of company with Statutory government on occupational safety & health standards and the mandated labour Regulations by the means of Safety Officer.
Interpreting & advising on employment legislation and keeping up to date with DOLE regulations, develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g disciplinary procedures, absence management and equal opportunities.
Employee induction process Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims.
