Job Description :
CC India Pvt Ltd (Veneta Cucine), a modular kitchen company, is looking for HR Manager for Bangalore Location(Head office) . Job Description is as follows:
• Employee relations
• Maintaining employees database & file
• Handling recruitment process, coordinating with consultant, sourcing candidates from portal, screening & line up for the interview.
• Preparation of Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Increment, Reliving letters and all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management etc.
• Induction and new joinee documentation formalities
• Coordinating with other showrooms for recruitment process
• Coordinating with Accounts for Salary Processing. Providing the new joinee, resignee and change in salary details.
• Employee Leave Management
• employee Master data management
• PF and ESI related work (coordination with Consultant)
• Complete the exit formalities of the outgoing employee s – Final clearance, Handing over list, exit interview.
• Working on the increment statement for Pan India and issuing increment letters.
• Travel arrangement for top executives
• Coordinating with Order confirmation, Accounts and sales team for sales report preparation.
• Manage employees' grievances
Requirements :
Immediate joiners (within 2 weeks)
Qualification : MBA/MSW - HR
Experience : 7 plus years managerial experience in HR generalist role (minimum 5 years exp in recruitment process)
Working experience in recruitment portals (naukri, moster, indeed, Linkedin)
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written (English, Hindi and Kannada)
Excellent interpersonal skills
