Job Description
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Manage payroll and benefits administration (Salary calculations, FNF, Gratuity, Bonus, etc)
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Leave & Attendance Management
• Compliance Management (Pf, Esic, Mlwf, etc)
• Onboarding & KYC of new members for association
• Coordination for various events
• Drafting official email, letters, etc
