Vadilal is the third largest company in India for manufacturing ice-cream, with a production capacity 3.25 lacs liters per day. We are looking for the profile of Manager/Deputy Manager- HR (International Business) based at the Ahmedabad location.

Job Description:
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations HR and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting retention, and succession planning.
• Develop sustainable talent acquisition, hiring plans, and strategies.
• Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial and professional roles.
• Collaborate with team managers to understand the skills and competencies required for the openings.
• Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.
• Design, plan and execute selection processes.
• Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle of employees of the International Business Division.
• Ensure that employees comply and adhere to company policies from time to time.
• Support teams in the development and delivery of HR plan to fit with the overall business direction.
• Ensure timely adherence to compliance like PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc. for the employees of the International Business Division.
• Support the Corporate HR team with necessary data for administering payroll and the annual performance appraisal process.
• Manage the contract staffing of company-owned premium stores.
• Coordinate with the company's payroll partner and provide necessary data and information for accurate payroll process and timely execution of disciplinary actions.
• Resolve conflicts and grievances through positive and professional mediation.
• Liaison with the company's travel partner in order to process visa applications of Management & Territory Managers.
• Manage the exit process and ensure that Full & Final settlement is processed in time for all employees of the concerned Division as per company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
• 12-15 years of relevant experience. Experience in handling International Business would be preferable.
• Hands-on experience in posting jobs on various job boards and social media and in day-to-day HR Operations.
• Proficient in using HRIS preferably SAP HR module.
• Candidate must have recruited people at middle and senior management levels with high salary packages.
• Ready to sign a bond for 3 years.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
