Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent to the company.
Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies for different roles, including technical roles.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates and make appropriate hiring decisions.
Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure new employees are set up for success.
Performance Management:
Design and implement a performance management program that aligns with the company's goals.
Develop and implement a process for setting and measuring performance goals and objectives.
Provide coaching and feedback to managers to ensure consistent application of performance management practices.
Develop and implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain high performers.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, including training and development, wellness programs, and employee recognition programs.
Design and implement a program for employee feedback and engagement surveys.
Develop and implement employee retention strategies to retain top performers.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including employment law, data privacy, and immigration.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employee contracts, benefits, and compensation data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software systems and tools.
