Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and manage all aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing HR-related documentation, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR-related laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement talent management strategies, identify high-potential employees, provide career development opportunities, and succession planning.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with HR-related laws and regulations.
• Manage recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the best fit for the organization.
• Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of the organization, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, set goals and objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage compensation and benefits policies, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures, manage employee grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain HR-related documentation and employee records, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, identify high-potential employees, provide career development opportunities, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, promote a positive work environment, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment equity, and data privacy laws.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
