We are looking for Information Security Compliance Manager to be responsible for comprehensive security governance and compliance strategy across the organization for SaaS product security, and center of excellence in Cyber Security.

Candidate must have expertise with the implementation of various Industry regulatory standards for the Enterprise Technology stack including Cloud Services, and deep understanding of application security and DevOps technologies. HR Manager

Support to Business Stakeholders
• Ensuring focus on stakeholder management and strong connect with the extended leadership team
• Attrition management/Retention – management of attrition MIA, exit chats, analysis of reasons of exit, ensure RAG analysis closure

Employee connects:
• Co-partner in driving employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions
• Post-onboarding connects including driving 3 monthly and 6 monthly connects with new joiners’ with regular feedback and buddy process
• On-going people connect - Regular touch base with individuals and teams across departments, and, with the leadership up to Assistant Manager Level via formal/ informal catch ups.
• Retention/Exit conversations close loop with leadership and managers
• Co-partnering to ensure quality and regular execution intra division communication platforms as pre-agreed in the communication calendar
• Handle grievances and concerns with empathy and bring them to closure. Escalate issues to proper authority as when the need arises
• Keeps a check on the general employee well-being engagement levels and intervene actively when necessary
• Ensuring structured documentation of employee/ leadership catch up session - one on one or team interactions, for ease of follow through and tracking

Engagement
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across locations for the entire business unit based on the agreed plan
• Run the Fun calendar for the business

HR Processes
• Managing R&R and new employee induction and orientation for business in partnership with the Coe’s in HR
• Manage on various activities related to performance management and talent management
• Responsible for the Learning team to roll-out agreed learning calendar for the business and in a timely manner
• Build courses, manage, and track employee progress to improve training outcomes. Integrate with learning solutions experts will guide employee training journey.

Data and Analytics
• Ensuring timely updates, MISs to Ds/SDs, BU heads in conjunction with the BHR Leads
• Creating the HR trends intelligence for people review meetings

HR Operations

· Conduct employee lifecycle transactions in KEKA; ensure timely processing and onboarding.

· Handle requests via ticketing system.

· Support payroll operations.

· Identify opportunities to improve HR Ops processes and participate in continuous improvement projects.

· Build network within HR and act as first point of contact for employees.

· Participate in KEKA testing for system upgrades, optimizations, or new business processes.

· Other projects and duties as assigned

· Implementing the policies and bringing missed out ACT to the startup organization for better environment.
