Reporting To: Director of Human Resources
Qualification Required: BBA/MBA HR
Functional Area: Human Resource Management
Employment Type: Full Time
PQE: 3-5 years of experience in a HR role in a Professional and Consulting firm
Responsibilities:
· Independently handle HR management activities with various HR initiatives and projects.
· Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
· Manage HR personnel files, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding including but not limited to HR policies and procedures.
· Administer performance management and employee relations programs.
· Taking care of the recruitment process, co ordinating with various department for identification of vacancy, job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
· Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with company goals and objectives.
· Develop a tracking system to measure and monitor performance against KPIs.
· Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential solutions.
· Communicate results to management.
· Development and implementation of SOP for various HR operation activities, KPI Matrics, including Hiring, Performance Review, Grievance, etc. that are clear, concise, and easily accessible to all department.
· Regularly review and update SOPs to ensure they are up-to-date and align with the organization's goals and policies.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive performance review process that aligns with company goals and objectives.
· Assist the Team leaders on the performance review process and provide ongoing support as needed for their department.
· Facilitate the performance review process by scheduling reviews, preparing review materials, and ensuring that evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
· Analyse performance review data to identify trends and areas for improvement and communicate results to relevant stakeholders and management.
· Provide Suggestions to update the HR policies in consonance with the laws and regulations.
· Provide support for employee training and development programs.

· Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
