Job Description
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, developing adequate induction and training
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities, carry out all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees and consultants
• Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, leaves, misconduct, and any problem resolution
• Maintain/update HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance laws, and policies provide organizational change information for charts and presentations
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Mandatory Requirements: • Excellent communication and management skills working with all departments and levels of an organization
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MSOffice
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience working with HR and payroll management tools a plus
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of HR laws
• Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
