1.Position: Learning and Development (L&D) Manager
Skill Sets:
• Experience in the field of L&D, PMS, MIS, Stakeholder management, Team Management, SLA monitoring, relationship managemen
• Hands on experience in SAP, Success-factor and LMS platforms, L&D concepts, PMS etc.
• Excellent Excel Skills and Presentations skills.
• Understanding of L&D, MIS and PMS portfolio, extensive working knowledge of PMS for large manufacturing set-up and hands-on experience in LMS (SuccessFactors). Working knowledge of SAP HR
2.Position: Manager - Master Data Management (SAP HR)
Skill Sets:
• Experience in the field of SAP HR, end-to-end SAP HR module expertise, hands on experience and exposure, Stakeholder management, Team Management, SLA monitoring, relationship management
• Experience in SAP – Onboarding, Separation, Payroll, OM, all the Infotypes, Transfers, promotions, technical abilities to understand the usage of SAP in various scenarios of People transitions, movements, payroll parameters etc.
• Error analysis, RCA and CAPA methodologies, Quality exposure in identifying issues, errors and ensuring system controls to take care of this is future.
• Someone who has hands on experience in performing UAT's, planning projects transition, MDM activities,
• Excellent Excel Skills and Presentations skills.
• Understanding of SAP(HR) portfolio, extensive working knowledge of all the above expertise for large manufacturing set-up with hands-on experience.
