The VGP Group of companies is setting up a new Heritage Style Resort property at ECR Injambakkam and is looking for a Human Resources manager to form part of the core team of the establishment.
You must have at least 3 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in Hospitality.
He/she must be honest, hard-working, organized, and communicate well in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
The Roles and Responsibilities include:
Hiring:
- You must be well-versed with recruitment platforms, quickly evaluate candidates based on their profiles, and get them to come for interviews. You need to schedule the interviews with the respective managers and get the candidates to move through the recruitment pipelines till the final stage - and hiring.
- You must be able to source candidates directly from institutions and be adept at working with manpower agencies. You must know the art of salary negotiation, and verifying a candidate's details.
- You must be able to work out a recruitment plan, including budgets, timelines, and job descriptions.
Managing Staff:
- you must be able to cater to the physical and mental well-being of the staff; including providing the required facilities.
- You must be able to work with the corresponding legal and accounting stakeholders to ensure compliance and salary processing.
- You must be able to ensure attendance, productivity, and longevity of the staff at the organization; and arrange for their constant appraisal and up-skilling.
Exits:
- You must be able to handle staff exits smoothly, including identifying candidates with potential issues, and planning for their replacements well ahead of time. You must be passionate about the field of human resources and we would prefer a person
• qualified in the same. You must be a “people person”
