Selection Training
After Final Round of Interviews, selecting the suitable candidate, issuing LOI appointment letters at specific time. After the candidate has joined the organization giving induction Training to the New Recruit.
Salary Wages with statutory Compliance
Checking attendance, salary statements, Disbursement into Employees Salary account, distribute salary in time without any errors.
Statutory Compliances related to Provident Fund, PF numbering, monthly contributions; monthly form 5, 10,12A, Yearly Return, Withdrawal process. Handling PF inspection.
Employee State Insurance, Declaration forms, maternity cases, half yearly returns, Handling ESIC Inspection. Professional tax assessment.
Liaison
Liaison with Govt. Authorities- Labor Court, Industrial Court, Shop Act office for Creating Developing good relations for smooth working of the organization, Contacting on Phone, Visiting them, calling them to visit our Premises.
Interactions Counseling
For knowing the problems faced by the employees while working to know the status of factors affecting the performance, to satisfy the employee and keeping their morale high, by interacting with Employees, HOD's, Business Head, Consultant and Discussing with
