Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department and provide strategic HR support to our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with our company's overall strategy and goals. The HR Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with our company's overall strategy and goals
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities of our workforce
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to HR
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or related field
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
