Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will perform necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources department, such as staff management, hiring processes. You will also be responsible for updating and developing HR policies and forecasting recruitment needs for the company.
Requirements:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and implement HR strategies
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
