Human Resources Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR policies, legal compliances, and payroll management. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a Master's degree in HR or a related field. The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our company's HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements, providing support to employees, and managing the payroll system. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations • Ensure that the company's HR practices and procedures are up-to-date and in line with best practices • Manage the recruitment process from posting job openings to onboarding new employees • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues such as benefits, compensation, and employee relations • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to management • Manage the payroll system and ensure that all employee information is accurate and up-to-date • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and metrics for management • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR-related laws and regulations • Provide training to employees on HR-related topics • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
