Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a
fair and timely manner.
Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions to resolve
conflicts.
Promote positive employee relations through effective communication
and support.
2. Recruitment and Selection:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop
job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media,
referrals) and conduct interviews.
Coordinate the selection process, including background checks and
reference checks.
Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new
employees.
3. Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance,
retirement plans, and leave policies.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and handle benefits-
related inquiries.
Assist employees with benefits enrolment, changes, and issue
resolution.
4. Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to
managers and employees.
Help establish goals and objectives for individuals and teams.
Provide training and coaching on performance improvement
techniques.
5. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance
employee skills.
Conduct or arrange for training sessions on topics such as diversity,
harassment prevention, and leadership development.
Track training participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training
initiatives.
6. HR Policy Implementation:
Interpret and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR-related
documentation.
7. Compensation & Benefit:
Processing monthly payroll.
Calculations of incentives
Requirement:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
Knowledge of operating HRMS systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Qualification: Graduation \ MBA or PGDM in Human Resources
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Salary: 3 – 4.5 LPA
Timings: +am – 6pm Monday - Fridays
