Roles and Responsibilities:
• Strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews, and hiring.
• Give attention to a growing & productive work atmosphere.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Maintain a pay plan and benefits program like PF & ESI, etc.

Requirements and Skills:
• MBA degree with a focus on Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in HR Management or related field
• Experience in effectively managing and developing teams.
• Understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment laws
