Job Description
Responsibilities-
HR Strategy & Planning:
• Disseminate the HR strategy into meaningful processes to be implemented alongside policies, and procedures in order to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates (End-to-end recruitment) for both site and corporate office.
• Develop and execute effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide guidance on workforce planning.
• Manage Bulk Hiring or urgent hiring.
Employee Relations/Employee Engagement:
• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and managers, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters.
• Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and employee recognition programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages.
HR Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and other HR- related documentation.
• Prepare reports and analyses on HR metrics.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Adverse action towards security and theft of material at the site.
Manage daily wage labor.
Talent Management and Building Talent Pipeline.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' Civil Construction Field experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
